Privacy
The short version: the only personal information we hold is what you type into the enquiry form, we use it to arrange your measure and quote, and we don't sell it to anyone.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we receive what you chose to include: typically your name, phone number, suburb, an optional email address, your message about the windows, and any photos you attach. If you arrived via the window finder, the list it built appears in your message box before you send, so you can see and edit exactly what travels.
What we use it for
One thing: responding to your enquiry, arranging the measure, preparing your quote and doing the work you asked about. We may share your enquiry with a suitable local provider so your request can be serviced, that's the operational path an enquiry takes, and it's the only sharing we do. We don't sell or rent your details, and we don't add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.
Photos you attach
Window photos help us quote accurately. They're stored securely for a limited period for that purpose and then removed in the ordinary course; don't include anything in a photo you'd rather not send.
The technical layer
This site doesn't run advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts, and there's no newsletter or marketing list to be added to. The enquiry form is protected against automated spam by a hidden honeypot field that catches most bots; nothing about that sets a cookie, which is why there's no cookie banner. Our hosting infrastructure keeps ordinary server logs for security and reliability.
Access and questions
Want to know what we hold from your enquiry, have it corrected, or have it deleted? Ask through the form and we'll sort it out. If Australian privacy law gives you rights beyond what's written here, those rights stand regardless of this page's wording.
